What an amazing performing arts school. My child has been going since she was four years old and she has recently moved up into the main school, which she absolutely loves being a part of. The teachers and staff are lovely and make sure the kids have lots of fun while learning to ACT, SING and DANCE. The hard work the teachers and students put in throughout the year shows massively in the wonderful shows they do. My daughter says she never wants to stop going. My little girl only started at Footlights a few short months ago and has just taken part in her very first show. I highly recommend Footlights Urmston. They have been amazing with my daughter Amber. She got very dysregulated on her trial day and Jo stayed with her until I got there. Jo was able to reassure her and keep her calm until I arrived. She showed great patience and was very nurturing towards Amber – because of this Amber was keen to give it another try. Safe to say she absolutely loves going now. She’s very excited for the up-coming summer show Shrek. Thank you Footlights for giving a worried mum reassurance.
My 10-year-old daughter started at Footlights six months ago and she is already looking more confident. She absolutely loves her classes and was great in her first Footlights show. She has performed in and out of school for six years but this was the most relaxed she has looked on stage. It is very organised and professional and we are looking to her progressing further over the next six months.
My daughter started here about a year ago. She had one session and was immediately hooked. She absolutely loves coming to class, has made some lovely friends, her confidence has gone up and we couldn’t be happier sending her. The shows are so lovely and well put together and we haven’t had to pay for any costumes, which compared to other places is amazing.
