Our successful franchisee Lindsey Berry owns Failsworth. Footlights Failsworth was Footlights first ever Franchise and has grown from strength to strength and continues to grow with three established Stage schools.Lindsey trained in Performing Arts at The Manchester College with Jo Fisher as her tutor. Lindsey was maintaining a full-time job working with the homeless a job that she had done for 20 years, she was also a single mum bringing up her daughter Ferne. Through this is was clear Lindsey would excel at multitasking thus leading her love of Performing Arts to business. As a huge support to Footlights founder Jo Fisher she learned on the job alongside Jo, and within a couple of years wanted her own franchise. She has since opened three franchisees to huge success and her daughter who is now 24 has two of her own. A true Footlights family business.

Each summer all our children take part in their summer show; It’s a full scale show where parents/carers, family and friends can come and watch their progress.
The Autumn/Winter and Spring term schedules focus much more on skills and technique with a shorter informal presentation at Christmas. The teaching teams also give written feedback each Easter so you can track your child’s progress. Of course there is an open door policy so anytime you wish to discuss your child’s progress, please feel free to talk to us or use this form
